Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible, the item must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In its original condition and packaging
- Free from perfume, makeup, stains, or damage
- Returned with all tags attached
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or the wrong item was received. Sale items, customized items, and accessories are non-returnable unless faulty.
Once we receive and inspect the item, approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
